Just a little some thing I found
I might do some time.

I can't wait for tis month to be over.
So I can order this Drive for my PC.
I been needing it for awhile now.
And will cost me about $20.00 alto getter.
Getting it from Newegg.com
My grandson will put in for me.
he always take care of our computers.

And I just love the fall of the year.
this PC is driving nuts lately every time
I get to get on to it.
Sorry but don't like to even post realy.
And I may not agin until it's fixed.

Blog Brain

I don't know about your brain but mind.

Well I'm not shear about my brain.
It's lost lots of marbles in the last
few years. Plus my body don't work
right, it just wants to not up
 this way and that and would if not
for my med's.
Sure thankful for this day and age.
And for my Heavenly Farther.
 

This PC is acking up agin, as you can see.
guess I better stop while ahead.

PB Cookies

I 'm in the mood for some, and they are easty to make.
and will go good with whatever. 
Plus uplifting.


Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies

 . . . and they're gluten-free and dairy-free to boot.

In a medium bowl, stir together:

1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy

1 egg

1 cup sugar

and 1 t. vanilla 

until thoroughly blended.

Drop by teaspoonsfuls on greased cookie sheet, and bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Pull from oven and give them the old cross-hatching treatment (gently), then bake for two more minutes (12 total). Remove from oven before the bottoms get too dark.

 

Dress them up if you want with a drizzle of chocolate.

Trying to make

Yes I'm going to try to make theses. My hands don't work as they use to. Nor my brain.
I need to try ..and keep trying...moving for words, could use your prayers. TY.







Today's Freebie is going to be a tutorial for the slippers I've been making lately!  I've had a few ladies not understand the written instruction completely.. so thought I would put out a few pictures to help.

This is the 8th pair of slippers I've made since last month!

I anticipate making many many more next year!!!

This is the beginning of the toe.  (bad lighting... sorry!)

This is the beginning of the foot part

And now we have the part that seems to cause an issue for some... the heel

the pattern says............. ch 11

The pattern reads like this....

Row 1: Using both loops, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each of next  9 ch; sc in each of next 20 (25 - 25) sc; sc in each ch on opposite side of beg ch; ch 1, turn.

You will sc down one side of the ch 11 .... around the foot.... and back up the other side of the ch11

And now in back loop only you will turn and sc back down to the foot... around and back up.... it will start to look like this............

work in this manner for  the rows required for the size you're  making......

Coming to the end ..... slip stitching it close...... and you're done.

And there ya go............ make a second one and now you have a wonderful pair of slippers to keep your feet warm!!!

Dancer ,Gabby, Baby.

Have had them for about 20 yrs.

WE use to let them out...before

we had cats or a dog.

Baby is the youngest and use to talk a lot.

The cat and dog were stays that happen

to drop by and did not want to leve..

We not really that fond of them

But couldn't fine them a home,

and did have the heart to trun them in.

as they would be put down as they had no room.

WE still may have to any way as to much for us to care for.

I have a hard enough time caring for myself as it is.

The birds stay, they are such dear's.

Project

 

 

I've always wanted one of theses.

 

This is going to be my on going project for the rest of the year.
A neighbor was moving and was tossing it out when I came by.
I ask if I could have it, And he said sure take it, and I did.
The wind and weather has gotten to it. It's bent and rusty .
I have other projects I'm working on, in time they hopefully
will get done.

So glad it's cooling down, as I can put the birds outside.
and putter around outside myself, I always enjoy doing.
And there's a lot needs doing.

Just Thankful

Lemon Cake Bar's

1 box one step Angel Food Cake mix

1- 15oz can Lemon Pie filling

Fold Lemon and Cake mix together until moist.  Be sure not to over stir.

Bake in a 9x13 cake pan at 350* until golden brown on the top (about 20-30 minutes).

Cool completely before eating.

As they are cooling, you can sprinkle with powder sugar if you wish.

They have more of an angel food cake texture than a traditional lemon bar texture.
ENJOY!

You know how I'm these day's  go for easy.

And not much sugar, I have to watch it.

Sad New's...my neighbors got home ok,

but found that some one had brook in

the back door and really trashed the place.

Called the Cap's they never came out to busy.

Any way so for it's been about 4 hour's now.

When I was it, I couldn't believe it and just

wanted to screem ,and have a hard time not to cry.

What a mess to come home too.and at thre age.

Sorry but this has realy gotten to me.

Happy and scared

I'm happy that my neighber, is coming home from Ind.
She called and said they would leve Fri. night
It will be so good to have them back. I all
ways miss them so. They are not of my faith.
but good people who love the Lord.
 Praying they have a safe trip home.

 

Yes I'm scared, I believe that some how I've step on

some glass and it's still in my foot. Both my grls

have to get it out,but just a pice if that. Going to

go over see if my other daughter to see if she can.

I have a Doctor appointment this coming tuse.

Please keep me in your prayers

. And also keep our old cat

 Daisy in yor prayers as well.

She realy needs to be put down

I do think, but no way of doing it.

Yes it's a lovely day out today
Anyway that's what I think.
It's raining and the temp goes
down in the 90% they say for
the next 4days.So much better
then the 100% any time.
I would like it if it could stay
75% - 95% well...I'm nuts.

It was morning when I started out.

BW got up to get in to the cupboards
He like's to every now and then.
He get in them and hide's if he can.

Don't know why I started this when I have other things to do.
And have problems with PC not share whats worng.
Been trying to fix but don't know how.
Going to take a brake.

It was a good morning for a while anyway.

I want to start making these's soon.

1 can Cherry Pie filling (or fruit pie filling of your choice) **2 cans can be used for the fruit lover**
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350*.
Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
Pour entire can of pie filling in bottom of pan
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly on top of pie filling.
Cut butter in slices and arrange evenly on top of dry cake mix
Cover with foil. Place in oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
Remove foil and place out to cool. Serve warm or cold.


To double this for a 9x13 pan...........

3 cans pie filling
1 1/2 cake mix
2 sticks of butter

prepare same as above... but baking time will need to be 90 minutes or so.
you can take the foil off at the 90 minute point to check ... if its not a nice golden brown all over you can leave it in uncovered until it browns.
Use whatever kind of pie filling you like.

Sorry PC is still a mess.
Hoping this day gets better.
PC is doing whatever it wants
jumping all over the place.

I had hope to get out to church today.

But didn't sleep well do to pain.

I'm just going to have to take stronger stuff.

Well there real is none as I know.

But we do need dreams.

Hope...Faith to get us though.

I ounce dreath that old age was golden.

Here's two of them.

But could not be.

So try to fine some thing.

To keep moving on.

It's been hard...but doable.

Because of faith in God's plan.
